BLOOM HOUSE is an online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ’always on’, one stop Malaysia online florist. We selling Fresh Flowers, Cute Gifts, Delicious Chocolate and Cake for delivery throughout Malaysia for all occasion.

Monday to Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Saturday : 8.30am – 2.00pm
Sunday and public holiday : Close

 Delivery time
Monday to Friday : 9.00am – 8.00pm
Saturday : 8.30am – 3.00pm
Sunday and public holiday : special arrangement can be make

Do I need to join as a member before buy anything from your website?

Yes, please join as our member before shopping with us. I takes about 2 minutes to done it. This will make your checkout process smooth and simple. You can save your time to key in your billing/sender information when you buy product with us.

How to Place Order?

The way to place order with us :

Online -

  1. Login to your account by click ‘Login’ from main page
  2. Click on the product picture you wish to buy
  3. Select the flower/gift package you wish to take
  4. Complete the message card field and ‘put into cart’
  5. Select the add on product (not compulsory), ‘put into cart’ and ‘check out’
  6. Select your delivery date, shipping information, payment method and ‘continue’
  7. Check all the information and ‘check out’
  8. Kindly bank in the payment to us if you select ‘bank in’ during check out

For visa/master or maybank2u.com , kindly follow the step on our ‘secure online payment’ system

Offline -

  1. Download ‘order by fax’ order form from our website
  2. Complete the form and fax us back

*** We accept ‘direct bank in’ payment only for offline transaction
